LP 947 hPa W of Galway, LP 964 hPa Outer Hebrides. Rain continues from the previous night, light at first but with a heavier spell around 03.00. A sunny morning before rain showers arrive in the afternoon, two with a little hail, continuing into evening.
2nd
LP 961/969 hPa NW and NE of Scotland. Long sunny spells in the morning, rather more cloudy in the afternoon but a fine end to the day. First dry day since 21st Jan.
3rd
A cloudy but bright day with some sunny spells mainly in the morning.
4th
Some light rain in the night followed by a bright morning with short sunny spells. Becoming more cloudy in the aftermoon with rain arriving just after 21.00.
5th
LP 954 hPa Ireland, filling and moving slowly NE. Rain continues overnight. Cloudy morning but with some brighter spells, another band of rain arrives just after midday, lasting for around 4 hours.
6th
LP 980 hPa W of Brittany moving NE. A spell of rain around 07.00, staying overcast before a longer spell of rain arrives in late morning lasting for the rest of the day.
7th
LP 978 hPa Thames Estuary moving ENE. Some outbreaks of rain in the night and morning, finally drying up just after 10.30. Sunny intervals developing in late morning and longer spells in the afternoon.
8th
LP 944 hPa W of Ireland. Rain overnight from occlusion. A windy day of short sunny spells and brief blustery showers - one with hail - and heavier in the evening.
9th
LP 955 hPa Orkney. A couple of light rain showers in the night. After early cloud some long sunny spells with brief rain/hail showers in the afternoon and late evening.
10th
LP 983 hPa southern Irish Sea. Period of rain during the night, mostly light. A long spell of heavier rain in mid-morning. A mixture of short sunny spells and showers in the afternoon.

LP 958 hPa NW of Outer Hebrides. Several hours of rain in the morning from warm and cold fronts - light at first becoming moderate and more windy. Gradually becoming brighterand calm from early afternoon and ending with a long sunny spell.

LP 955 hPa W of Ireland. A short spell of rain around sunrise. Overcast and windy with rain -sometimes heavy - arriving just after 13.00 and clearing around 16.00.

LP 959 hPa Shetland. After a cloudy start sunny intervals and short sunny spells develop from mid-morning onwards.
14th
LP 956 hPa SW Ireland. Overcast morning with rain from warm front starting at 09.30, heavy for an hour in the afternoon. An exceptionally heavy spell of rain around 18.30 for a few minutes setting a new site record for rain rate burst, and becoming very windy in the night.
15th
LP 960 hPa North Sea off Scotland E coast. A very stormy night especially from midnight to 03.00 with some rain showers. Cloudy but bright day with regular sunny intervals. A very heavy rain and hail shower with thunder in mid-afternoon from passage of convective line.
16th
A clear and sunny morning with some clouds appearing around 11.30. Long sunny spells but more small clouds in the afternoon.
17th
Overcast start with a few spots of light rain, with cloud breaking up a little after 10.00. Staying mainly cloudy but bright with frequent sunny intervals through the day. Light rain after 21.00.
18th
LP 1002 hPa SW Scotland. Light rain continues overnight. A cloudy day with rain showers and a couple of brief sunny intervals. A longer shower in late afternoon with distant thunder.
19th
A mainly cloudy day with some bright/sunny intervals and a rain shower.
20th
After some rain in the night, an overcast morning with a long spell of rain. Cloud clears in the afternoon to give sunny spells.
21st
A clear start with sunshine lasting much of the morning, more patches of cloud in the afternoon with a brief rain shower but clearing to give a sunny end to the day. A brief moderate rain shower just before midnight.

Patchy cloud develops after a clear start giving a mixture of sunny spells and cloudier interludes.

Some drizzle/light rain around sunrise. A cloudy day but becoming brighter in the afternoon with slightly hazy sunny intervals.

Bright but cloudy start with long sunny spells developing after 09.30. A cloudsheet builds up again from mid/late-afternoon.

LP 971 hPa W of Outer Hebrides. A spell of rain in the night, mostly cloudy with a few sunny intervals and showery rain mid-morning and afternoon.

A couple of rain showers in the night. Long period of sunshine in the morning, sunny spells in the afternoon with a couple of brief light showers.

LP 980 hPa NNW of Outer Hebrides. Rain from occluded front 04.30 to 08.30. Cloudy with sunny spells developing in late morning and a rain shower in late afternoon.

LP 988 hPa S Devon. Spell of rain from around 04.30 to 07.30. Cloudy day with a few sunny intervals. Becoming overcast in late afternoon with drizzle lasting into late evening.
