LP 999 hPa Belgium coast. Some light drizzle continues overnight. Mainly bright day with sunny intervals and some longer spells of sunshine.
2nd
LP 979 hPa Outer Hebrides. Cloudy day with a few sunny intervals in the morning. Overcast from the end of the afternoon with rain, becoming heavier through the evening and night.
3rd
LP 976 hPa SW Wales. Rain dies out just after midnight, followed by showers later. Cloudy with some sunny intervals and rain showers, one with hail.
4th
LP 989 hPa NE Scotland, LP 994 hPa S of Ireland and W of Cornwall. A sunny morning with clouds developing near noon. A rather cloudy afternoon.
5th
After a ground frost, a sunny morning with some thin patchy high cloud. More extensive cloud develops during the afternoon but still allowing some sunny spells.
6th
Sunny periods but often slightly hazy due to patches of high cloud. More cloudy in late afternoon.
7th
HP 1026 hPa SE Spain. A rather cloudy day but brightening in early afternoon with a few short sunny spells developing.

A fair start with sunny periods developing from mid-morning, always rather hazy though with extensive thin high cloud.

A sunny day with a strong haze at first which slowly dissipated.

A bright morning with hazy sunshine. Cloud increases and thickens from the north east to give a cloudy afternoon.

A mainly overcast day with a cool breeze. Some hazy sunshine in the latter part of the afternoon.

A misty morning, slowly clearing in late morning to give a period of hazy sunshine.

Dense fog in the morning with visibility around 100m. Slowly clearing by 11.00 giving a long period of hazy sunshine.

LP 975 hPa Faroe Islands. A spell of rain in the early hours from cold front. Sunny spells through the day with a couple of brief light rain showers in mid morning.

A sunny start, with convective cloud developing after 08.30. Sunny spells and a couple of light rain showers, one with hail.
24th
Ground frost and a clear sunny start. Cloud develops quickly after 08.30, but some sunny spells through the day.
25th
Overcast with light rain and drizzle through the morning, becoming dry in the afternoon with a little weak sunshine at the end of the day.
26th
A cloudy morning with a few sunny intervals. Becoming dull in the afternoon with rain while the temperature falls markedly.
27th
LP 1013 Cornwall, HP 1032 hPa Southern Norway/Sweden. After early frost, a mainly cloudy but bright day with spells of hazy sunshine. Precipitation was from condensation only.

Some early mist and a rather cloudy although fairly bright day with some spells of weak/hazy sunshine.

Early high cloud prevents more than a few sunny intervals first thing but cloud slowly thins to give longer spells of sunshine late morning and afternoon.
