LP 1003 hPa twin centres NW Scotland and Scilly. Rather cloudy in the morning but some long sunny spells in the afternoon.
2nd
LP 997 hPa near Isle of Man. Heavy showery rain for a trough around 02.00. Cloudy at first giving way to bright spells by mid-morning. A cloudy period in the after followed by a sunny end to the day.
3rd
LP 998 hPa Central Scotland. A mainly sunny day with just a few breaks due to patches of cloud.
4th
Rather cloudy at times although bright with some sunny spells morning and afternoon.
5th
A bright start with some sunshine but becoming cloudy by 10.00. Sunny spells in the afternoon and evening.
6th
LP 1001 hPa NW of Ireland. Two spells of rain, one in the early hours and from 06.00 to 07.30 with some heavy bursts. Drizzle dies out around 09.00 and sky slowly clears to give sunny spells especially in the afternoon and evening.
7th
A bright day with some long spells of sunshine with some interruptions from patchy cloud, a more cloudy spell for a time in late morning.
8th
A spell of showery rain, briefly heavy, from 08.00 to 09.15. Staying very cloudy and dull although with some brightness in the middle of the day. An extremely heavy rain shower around 15.00 - 15:45 followed by another soon after. A band of more prolonged heavy rain from late evening overnight.
9th
LP 1000 hPa E England. Rain continues after midnight but gradually easing and clearing around 02.00. A bright day with some long sunny spells.
10th
LP 990 hPa C England. A spell of rather heavy rain in the night, followed by lighter rain in the morning. A brief gap before a passing thunderstorm in late morning and lunchtime. Briefly brighter in early afternoon with a sunny spell before another shower arrives in mid-afternoon which clears quickly. A fine but windy end to the day.
11th
A fine morning with long sunny spell to start, cloud increases after 10.00. A very heavy rain shower in the middle of the day followed by a thundery shower in mid afternoon and another brief shower around 17.00. Clearing slowly to give a bright end to the day.
12th
A sunny start, becoming more cloudy after 09.00 but with plenty of sunny spells until evening.
13th
Another day starting with a long period of sunshine before cloud develops in mid-morning. Plenty of sunny spells but a long cloudy spell in mid--afternoon and evening.
14th
Mainly cloudy day with some short bright spells in the morning. Thunderstorm in the middle of the day with a brief burst of heavy rain followed by a couple of light showers later.
15th
A rather dismal morning with low cloud and a spell of rain from a slow moving shower. Brighter in the afternoon but with very little sunshine.
16th
HP 1029 hPa W of Biscay, LP 991 hPa Faroe Islands. A mainly fine day with short sunny and longer cloudy but bright spells.
17th
A cloudy morning with a few short sunny intervals. A brief spell of rain in mid-afternoon which clears to give more sunny intervals with the sky clearin in late evening.

A cloudy but fairly bright day with some short sunny spells.
19th
A mainly bright but cool day with sunny spells and a rain shower in late afternoon.
20th
LP 995 hPa Sweden, LP 1010 hPa Faroe I. A sunny start with patches of cloud developing after 09.00. Remaining bright with sunny spells although more cloudy for a time in the afternoon.

A mainly sunny morning but cloud cover becomes extensive by early afternoon and remains that way until dark .

Rather cloudy morning, slowly brightening to give some short sunny spells.
23rd
A clear start with patchy cloud developing in mid-morning and a short cloudy spell in the middle of the day. Some longer sunny spells in the afternoon.

LP 996 hPa, W of Brittany at 25°W. Another bright start with cloud increasing as the day goes on but plenty of short sunny spells and intervals.

LP 983 hPa WSW of Ireland. A dismal and wet BH Monday. A series of fronts bring persistent moderate rain all day starting at 07.00 and ending at 22.00.
26th
LP 1002 hPa Cornwall. Another dismal and rainy day for the most part, with a rain front slowly edging SE. Rain starts around 06.30, becoming lighter in the afternoon with drizzle finally clearing by 16.00.
27th
A bright start with a sunny spell but soon becoming cloudy with some short sunny spells in the afternoon.
28th
Light rain and drizzle from 04.00 clearing by 07.30. Staying rather cloudy and dull through the rest of the morning, brightening in the early afternoon to give some short sunny spells.
29th
LP 995 hPa N Scotland. A rather cloudy day with a couple of rain showers in mid-morning and some short sunny spells later but becoming overcast in late afternoon.
30th
Short spell of rain in the early hours as a cold front clears. A few short sunny spells but becoming overcast from the middle of the afternoon.
31st
After a bright start with a few short sunny spells it becomes more cloudy towards the middle of the day. Clearing in mid-afternoon to give some longer sunny spells.
