1st
LP 1003 hPa N Denmark, HP 1030 hPa S of Iceland and W of Ireland. Overcast start with cloud slowly breaking to give some sunny intervals. Heavy rain showers 12.30 - 13.00 and 19.15 - 20.00.
2nd
A bright start with some sunny spells but with large patches of cloud drifting in from the NW. Similar mixture of sunny and slightly longer cloudy spells in the afternoon but rather dull for a time in the middle of the day. A brief rain shower after sunset and another just before midnight.
3rd
LP 1001 hPa S of Norway, W of Denmark. Bright morning with some sunny spells. Rather cloudy from late morning with a few sunny intervals in the afternoon. Overcast and gloomy by early evening with some light rain.
4th
LP 1006 hPa N of Netherlands. A little rain continues overnight. Another very cloudy day but with a spell of sunshine in late morning. Becoming overcast and rather dull from mid-afternoon onwards.
5th
LP 996 hPa SW Sweden HP 1035 hPa S of Iceland and W of Ireland. Mainly overcast and sometimes dull especially in the morning. Sky starts to clear in the early evening with a little weak sunshine.
6th
HP 1034 hPa just W of Ireland. A sunny day with one cloudy spell in late morning as medium level cloud drifts in from the north before clearing after midday.
7th
HP 1033 hPa NW Ireland. A sunny and clear morning but a large area of cloud coming from the North Sea passes over from the NE after the middle of the day, Cloud breaks up in late afternoon to give some more sunny intervals.
8th
HP 1031 hPa NE Scotland. Another sunny start but cloud spreads quickly across from the North Sea in mid-morning, A few sunny intervals until midday but overcast and a little dull form mid-afternoon.

HP 1030 hPa W Norway. Overcast and rather dull to start, cloud slowly breaking up from the east with sunny intercals starting in late morning. Some ahort sunny spells in the afternoon with the sky clearing in early evening.
10th
HP 1033 hPa W Norway. A fine, sunny day with just occasional small patches or wisps of cloud. Slightly hazy in the early morning.
11th
HP 1037 hPa E Finland, LP 1003 hPa S of Ireland. Another fine day with long sunny periods but with more high level cloud especially in the afternoon.
12th
LP 994 hPa just NNW of Ireland. A spell of rain between 07.00 and 08.00. Rain clearing quickly to leave the day cloudy at times but with some long sunny spells too.
13th
LP 991 hPa NW of Scotland, LP 996 hPa S of Ireland, LP 1003 hPa near Paris. A cloudy day with a few brighter moments but breaks in the cloud few and short-lived. Sunshine briefly in the evening.
14th
Complex cluster of LP and fronts over and around the UK, one LP centre 989 hPa S Wales moving slowly NNE and deepening. Spells of very heavy rain during the early morning and in late morning as cold front passes. Dry for a while in early afternoon before a few brief but heavy and blustery rain showers cross until early evening. Some sunny spells and intervals in between the rain and showers.
15th
LP 989 hPa NW of Outer Hebrides, LP 990 hPa Biscay deepening and moving NNE. A moderate rain shower in the early hours followed by a spell of light rain from 06.00 - 09.00. Overcast and gloomy skies slowly clear to give some sunny intervals in the afternoon.
16th
LP 983 hPa Brittany moving NE filling slowly. A long spell of light rain before sunrise, becoming intermittent and drizzly later, clearing in mid-morning. A longer spell of rain, heavy at times, moves in from the south in late morning and clears after 17.00 to give a brief glimpse of sunshine, followed by heavy showers from a line of convection in the evening and early night.
17th
LP 983 hPa just S of Norway, HP 1022 hPa W of Azores. A rain shower in the early hours, day breaks with a cloudless but hazy sky. Some long sunny spells despite some large and extensive patches of high cloud drifting across from the west in mid/late morning.
18th
LP 1006 hP NW England filling. A series of very heavy rain showers in the night. Cloudy and rather murky after dawn, cloud breaking in late morning to give some short sunny spells. More cloudy in the afternoon with thunder in the vicinity but with some sunny intervals.

HP 1028 hPa Biscay. Early cloud clear to give some long sunny spells in the morning. Cloudier in the afternoon with some sunny intervals.
20th
HP 1027 hPa N France. Foggy first thing with visibilty down to 300m, but dissipating gradually and clearing by 09.00. Precipitation from condensation. Some patchy high cloud in the morning with a spell of more extensive cumulus for a while in early afternoon, but some long sunny spells throughout the day.

LP 997 hPa S of Iceland. A very brief glimpse of brightness in the morning but overcast and dull for the most part. Rain, mainly light, arrives from the west during the afternoon and persists into the evening.
22nd
LP 998 central southern England. Passage of trough brings extremely heavy spell of rain between 05.30 and 06.30 with 10.0 mm in 1 hour. Rain eases and clears for a short time after 07.45 to be followed by another spell of heavy rain in mid-morning which becomes lighter and more intermittent from late morning. Becoming dry and a little brighter from mid-afternoon.
23rd
LP 980 hPa just SW of Iceland. A clear and sunny start with just a little cloud in the morning. Cloud moves across the area from the west in mid-afternoon but breaks in the cloudsheet allow a few sunny intervals.
24th
Overcast start with a spell of rain from a cold front from 08.00 to 09.00. Cloud slowly clears through the morning with some short sunny spells through the afternoon, and following a light rain shower a longer spell of sunshine to the end of the day.
25th
HP 1026 hPa S of Ireland / W of Brittany. Cloudy but bright start with cloud clearing by 09.30 to give a long sunny spell. Cloud increases again after late morning with a long cloudy spell in the afternoon. Brightening again in late afternoon to give a long spell of sunshine to the end of the day.
26th
HP 1030 hPa North Sea. A sunny morning with some cloud developing after midday. A little cloudier for a time in mid-afternoon but another sunny period to end the day.
27th
HP 1037 hPa North Sea. Sunny and clear start with cloud crossing from the east after 10.00. Bright with sunny spells but plenty of clouds in the middle of the day and early afternoon. Sky clearing somewhat in late afternoon with a sunny period until sunset.
28th
HP 1039 hPa near The Wash. A sunny and clear start with a cloudy spell in mid and late morning. Clearing in the afternoon with a long sunny period.
29th
HP 1042 hPa Denmark. A bright day with long sunny periods but extensive thin high cirrus makes the sunshine hazy at times.
30th
HP 1039 hPa Denmark. Another sunny day, but with less build up of cloud than the previous days.
