LP 958 hPa "Storm Henry" NW of Hebrides. A rather breezy and cloudy, sometimes dull day - but with a little short lived brightness in late morning and early afternoon.
2nd
LP 9771 hPa West coast of Norway. Cloudy and rather dull for most of the morning with some spots of light rain, brightening just after 11.00 as the cold front clears. Some long sunny spells in the middle of the day and the afternoon, but still breezy.
3rd
HP 1042 hPa NE of Azores. A cloudy day but bright at times with sunny intervals in the morning and short sunny spells in the afternoon. Sky starts to clear at the end of the day.
4th
HP 1040 hPa Biscay, lP 977 hPa SSW of Iceland. Some light rain in the early hours from passing warm front. A cloudy day but fairly bright with some sunny intervals and feeling mild.
5th
LP 954 hPa SW of Iceland, HP 1030 hPa Switzerland. An overcast and rather dull day with outbreaks of light drizzle. Very briefly brighter in mid-afternoon with a quick glimpse of sunshine.
6th
LP 963 hPa W coast of Ireland. Brief spell of light rain in the night. An overcast and rather dull day, becoming more windy as the day goes on. Rain arrives from the west in late evening and clearing by midnight.
7th
LP 963 hPa Outer Hebrides. A sunny and mainly clear morning but becoming increasingly cloudy towards midday. Short but heavy rain shower at 16.00 followed by more persistent rain starting in the early evening accompanied by strong, gusty winds.
8th
LP 963 hPa "Storm Imogen" twin centres N Ireland and Shetland. Rain and strong winds continue into the early hours. A cloudy and windy day with a few sunny intervals, mainly in the morning. A short spell of rain in late afternoon.
9th
LP 979 hPa Belgium. A damp and gloomy morning with some light rain and drizzle from 06.30 to 08.30. Starting to brighten slowly in the middle of the day with some short sunny spells from early afternoon. A short spell of light ain in the evening.
10th
A spell of showery light rain in mid-morning. Staying cloudy though most of the morning but brightening in early afternoon to give some sunny intervals and short sunny spells.
11th
Frosty start to the day with extensive high cloud. A long period of sunshine starting in midmorning, hazy at first. Cloudier for a time in the middle of the day but breaking up to give more sunny spells in the afternoon.
12th
A short and very heavy shower in the early hours. Foggy at sunrise, slowly clearing to give a short glimpse of sunshine before becoming overcast and dull for the rest of the day. A spell of light drizzle in late afternoon.
13th
LP 974 hPa Normandy moving eastwards. Overcast and gloomy day with light rain starting in mid-morning, continuing with light rain/drizzle into the night with a couple of short breaks.
14th
LP 994 hPa WSW of Cornwall, LP 987 hPa Germany. Light rain and drizzle continues overnight, dying out in the early hours. A rather cloudy day with some brighter spells from time to time and a few sunny intervals. Two brief, light snow showers in late evening.
15th
HP 1037 hPa Azores, LP 994 hPa Sardinia. A snow shower in the early hours gives a very light and patchy dusting on the ground. A cloudy morning but bright at times with a few sunny intervals. Longer sunny spells in the afternoon but also rather cloudy in-between.
16th
HP 1038 hPa Germany, LP 975 and 973 hPa SE and S of Iceland. A clear and frosty morning. A long sunny period lasting into early afternoon, becoming more cloudy through the afternoon as fronts move in from the west.
17th
Cloudy to start with breaks developing in mid-morning to give some sunny intervals. Becoming overcast in the afternoon and increasingly dull. A period of persistent but light rain begins in the early evening and continues overnight.
18th
LP 1014 hPa Central France. Light rain and drizzle from slow moving front gradually dying out in the early hours. Overcast start to the day, with clowly slowly breaking up towards late morning. Some sunny intervals and longer sunny spells in the afternoon.

LP 969 hPa Iceland, HP 1044 hPa Azores. A clear and sunny morning with patchy cloud starting to develop after 10.00. Sunny spells continue into mid-afternoon when it becomes more cloudy, and overcast a little later.

LP 965 hPa SE of Iceland. A mainly overcast day except for a very brief brighter interval in late morning. Rather dull and breezy in the afternoon with some light drizzle.

An overcast day, a little drizzle in the morning. Windy and mostly dull.
22nd
LP 982 hPa Norway. A dull and overcast morning with drizzle and then rain in the middle of the day. Temperature drops during the day as the cold front clears from the north west. Once rain dies out by 12.30 the sky is just a little brighter for the afternoon.
23rd
LP 979 hPa Northern Norway. Early cloud clears to give a couple of long sunny spells in the morning. After another sunny spell in early afternoon becoming cloudier from mid-afternoon with a brief and light hail shower.
24th
LP 1011 hPa SW tip of Brittany. Frosty and clear to start with a long sunny period in the morning. Precipitation is from frost melt. Patchy high cloud becomes more extensive in the middle of the day and the afternoon but still a few short sunny spells.
25th
Cloudy to start with a long sunny spell in mid-morning. More cloudy in the afternoon.
26th
LP 998 hPa Scilly Isles. A cloudy morning with a little brightness and weak sunshine in late morning. Becoming overcast in early afternoon and rather dull later.
27th
Again a cloudy day with some small and short lived breaks in the cloud allowing only a little sunshine in mid-morning and mid-afternoon.
28th
HP 1027 hPa Scottish Borders. An overcast morning becoming a little brighter towards the middle of the day. The cloud breaks in early afternoon to give a couple of sunny spells with a longer spell of sunshine to end the day.
29th
HP 1035 hPa Azores, 1030 hPa Baltic Sea. LP 991 hPa Iceland, and 996 hPa Corsica. A rain shower in the early hours of the morning. Some long sunny spells in the morning with interruptions from patchy cloud. More extensive cloud in the afternoon with fewer and short sunny spells before becoming overcast nnear the end of the day.
