HP 1023 hPa Denmark. A bright and sunny start with a light ground frost. A long sunny period in the morning, but high cloud becomes more extensive by late morning. Some sunny spells and intervals in the afternoon although weakened by the high cloud at times.
2nd
LP 993 hPa NE of Azores, HP 1028 hPa E Europe. Sunny periods in the morning and early afternoon with mainly patchy high cloud. In mid-afternoon the cloud becomes more extensive and thickens to become overcast. Rain and drizzle arrives from the southwest in early evening, dying out by midnight.
3rd
LP 1002 hP Northern North Sea. Another day with clear skies to start, long sunny spells in the morning but becoming increasingly cloudy as the day goes on. Sunny intervals die out in mid afternoon as it becomes overcast and thunderstorms move northwards from the English channel in the evening.

LP 999 hPa Cornwall, LP 998 hPa SW Scotland. Rather cloudy with a couple of light rain showers in the morning, but brighter at times with a few sunny intervals

LP 997 hPa Shetland. A mix of cloud and some long sunny spells from mid-morning. A thundery showers passes to the south in mid-afternoon giving a little light rain.
6th
Some long sunny spells in morning and afternoon but also a couple of rather heavy rain showers either side of midday.
7th
HP 1034 hPa NE of Azores. Rather cloudy with a few sunny spells in the morning and afternoon. In early evening a thunderstorm moves down from the NNW bringing extremely heavy rain and hail for a time.

Mostly cloudy but with sunny spells throughout much of the day until the early evening.
9th
LP 998 hPa NNW of Ireland. Dull with a spell of light rain in the morning which clears to be followed by a brighter spell with a rain shower. Brighter in the afternoon although still rather cloudy with just a few sunny intervals.

LP 983 hPa S of Ireland, W of Brittany. A rather bright and sunny day although thin high cloud is extensive and thick enough at times to give cloudier spells.

LP 985 hPa NE of Azores, HP 1026 hPa Finland. Bright in the morning with some sunny intervals but clouding over by midday. A spell of rain in the afternoon as fronts push up from the south.

LP 1004 hPa E Yorkshire. A spell of light rain in the early hours. Cloudy but fairly bright to start, with cloud clearing to give sunny spells by mid-morning. A brief build up of cloud in early afternoon which moves away quickly to give sunny periods for the rest of the day.
13th
A bright day with long sunny spells and variable amounts of cloud throughout.
14th
LP 992 hPa SW of Cornwall, W of Brittany. A bright day with some sunny spells but with more cloud than the previous two days. Rain arrives in the evening as fronts move in from the south.
15th
LP 997 hPa S Devon. Rain before dawn but brighter for a spell in mid-morning. Showery rain in late morning becomes more persistent and heavy for a time in the afternoon as fronts push across from the SW.
16th
LP 991 hPa Denmark. A cloudy start with some brightness briefly in mid-morning withshort sunny intervals. Becoming overcast through much of the middle of the day and early afternoon before brightening later with a couple of sunny intervals.
17th
LP 995 hPa southern Sweden, HP 1022 hPa NNE of Azores. A clear and sunny start with cloud building through the morning. Cloud remains broken to give sunny spells in the afternoon.
18th
HP 1027 hPa W of Cornwall. Clear and sunny through much of the morning before cloud builds up just before midday. A cloudy afternoon with a couple of sunny intervals at first.
19th
HP 1030 hPa Lincolnshire. Mostly cloudy in the morning with a few sunny intervals. Sky clearin in the afternoon to give some longer sunny spells.
20th
HP 1034 hPa North Sea. A sunny day with only thin and high cirrus cloud coming and going to weaken the sunshine a little. A cooling breeze.
21st
HP 1037 hPa Atlantic at 60°N, 20°W. Rather cloudy morning with a couple of sunny intervals. A few longer spells of sunshine in the afternoon despite fairly extensive high cloud which thickens from time to time.

Remaining overcast all day and rather dull at times. A spell of drizzle and light rain starting in late evening.
23rd
Drizzle continues for a short time overnight. Bright and sunny start, becoming more cloudy from mid-morning. Overcast and a little dull for a period in the afternoon but brightening to give some further sunny spells.

Cloudy and cool with a few sunny intervals.
25th
LP 998 hPa North Sea. A cloudy morning, dull at first a little brighter later with a rain shower. Showery rain in the afternoon with a couple of short sunny intervals.

LP 993 hPa Denmark. Clear and sunny until mid-morning when cloud quickly builds from the north. Sunny spells with a rain shower in the afternoon, followed by a thunderstorm around 18.00h with heavy graupel (white soft hail) which accumulates to look misleadingly like snow.
27th
LP 997 hPa Denmark. Clear and sunny start but starting to become cloudy before 09.00. The day is a mixture of cloudy and sunny spells. Staying dry until a band of showers arrives in the evening.
28th
LP 1000 hPa SW Scotland. Another day with a clear and sunny start and becoming cloudier during the morning. Sunny spells in the afternoon but rather cloudy for a time in late afternoon. A spell of rain in late evening with a short heavy burst a little before before midnight.
29th
LP 999 hPa North Sea off Tyneside. Rather cloudy start, becoming brighter towards late morning. Some short sunny spells in the afternoon with a brief rain shower.
30th
HP 1034 hPa NE of Azores. Becoming clear around 07.00 with sunshine during the first part of the morning. More cloud later but also some long sunny spells throughout the rest of the day.
