HP 1035 hPa NE of Azores, LP 987 hPa Iceland. A bright day with sunny periods in the morning and afternoon, clouds mainly high and wispy but thick enough at times to obscure the sun.
2nd
BH Monday. HP 1032 hPa NE of Azores, LP 974 hPa Iceland. A cloudy day, and rather dull at times as weak fronts cross the UK, only a brief interval of brighter skies in the afternoon. A spell of light rain in the evening as the cold front passes.
3rd
HP 1030 hPa WSW of Brittany. Mainly sunny through the morning and early afternoon with few clouds. Becoming more cloudy but still bright from mid-afternoon.
4th
HP 1030 hPa Netherlands, LP 985 hPa S of Iceland. Long sunny periods in the morning and afternoon but cloudier for a spell in the middle of the day.
5th
HP 1029 hPa Denmark, LP 1009 hPa Biscay. Clear and sunny through most of the morning with thin high cloud increasing after midday. Sunshine becomes more hazy later especially from late afternoon.

HP 1025 hPa Gulf of Bothnia, LP 1005 hPa Brittany. A fine day with long sunny spells although thin high cloud is extensive and thick enough to make the sunshine weak at times.

HP 1026 hPa Gulf of Bothnia, LP 986 hPa ENE of Azores. Bright day but cloudy at times, with some long sunny spells in the morning and late afternoon

HP 1027 hPa Gulf of Bothnia, LP 984 hPa W of Galicia. A fine day with long sunny periods; variable amounts of high, thin cloud making the sunshine hazy at times.

HP 1036 hPa Iceland, LP 991 hPa NE of Azores. A bright morning with sunny spells, hazy at times as the high cloud thickens. Cloud pushes in from the south in the afternoon, becoming overcast with a spell of rain in the early evening.

HP 1034 hPa SW of Iceland, LP 995 hPa W of Portugal. Overcast and dull, with rain in the night and morning dying out a little after midday. A little short lived brightness in mid-afternoon but turning dull again afterwards. A period of rain starts in the night and continues into the following day.

LP 1001 hPa Biscay. Spells of rain during the night, dying out in mid-morning. Remaining overcast and dull for a period before brightening in the afternoon to give some short sunny spells.

HP 1029 hPa Iceland, LP 995 hPa Austria. A heavy rain shower just after midnight. A fine day with sunny spells developing although rather hazy and a long sunny period in the afternoon.

HP 1027 hPa Iceland, LP 994 hPa Norwegian Sea. After a cloudy start, sunny spells develop in mid-morning and last into late afternoon. Increasing cloud from the early evening.

HP 1028 hPa S of Iceland, LP 1002 hPa Genoa. A cold front passes over from the north in the night but brings no rain. A cloudy morning with just a couple of sunny intervals. Brighter in the afternoon with a few sunny spells but a fresh breeze all day.
15th
HP 1026 hPa WNW of Ireland. A sunny and clear start but cloud starts to develop around 08.00. A mixture of sunny and cloudy spells through the rest of the day, with a less cold breeze than the previous day.
16th
HP 1030 hPa W of Azores, LP 997 hPa SSW of Iceland. A sunny spell in mid-morning but quickly becoming overcast and a little dull until midday. Some sunny spells in the afternoon and one or two quite long.
17th
LP 997 hPa S of Iceland, W of Outer Hebrides. Mainly cloudy with a few sunny spells, mostly in the morning.
18th
LP 1001 hPa near Edinburgh. Overcast and dull for almost the whole day with a spell of light/moderate rain starting at midday lasting into early afternoon. A very brief glimpse of sun in the later part of the afternoon and again in the evening. A band of showery rain passes across from the NNW in the early part of the night.

LP 991 hPa SSE of Iceland & W of Outer Hebrides. Some further light rain in the night. Mainly cloudy day but bright at times with some sunny spells in the morning and early afternoon.

Another rather cloudy day although brighter at times with sunny intervals.

LP 993 hPa Orkney. Cloudy day with a few short sunny intervals and a light rain shower in late afternoon.

LP 1002 hPa NW of Outer Hebrides. A spell of light rain in the early hours. Cloudy day with a couple of sunny spells in the morning and some sunny intervals in early afternoon. Overcast from mid-afternoon. A long spell of light rain in the evening after lightning seen as a thunderstorm passes over North Kent.

HP 1026 hPa Biscay, LP 1002 hPa Norwegian Sea. A sunny spell in mid-morning but large patches of cloud drift across before it brightens again in late morning. Some longer sunny spells in the afternoon but clouding over again by evening.

HP 1033 hPa Faroe Islands, LP 997 hPa N of Azores. A sunny period to start the day but very cloudy for a long spell by late morning. A bright afternoon with sunny spells especially in early afternoon.
25th
HP 1032 hPa W of Norway, LP 1014 hPa North Sea. An overcast day and dull at times with a large and slow moving mass of cloud pushing westwards from the North Sea. Cloud starts to break up at sunset.
26th
LP 1015 hPa Northern England, HP 1026 hPa from S of Iceland to Northern Norway. Rather foggy first thing but clearing gradually by 07.30. Sunny spells through the day but with a cloudy perion in later morning and in mid-afternoon. A fine evening with mainly clear skies.

A rather cloudy morning but brightening towards the middle of the day to give some sunny intervals. Longer sunny spells in the afternoon but rather hazy at times.
28th
LP 1018 hPa SW Norway, LP 1007 hPa WNW of Finisterre. A spell of rain between 06.00 and 06.30 followed by bands of showery rain in mid morning. Cloud slowly thins and clears by early afternoon to give spells of hazy sunshine.

LP 1002 hPa Austria. A bright day with extensive thin high cloud at times. Sunny spells throughout the day but again hazy.

BH Monday. LP 1001 hPa Rhineland. Overcast and rather dull day with just the briefest glimpse of sunshine in mid-morning and near sunset. Breezy and feeling cool,

LP 1008 hPa Paris. A very poor day with rain from sunrise to 10.30 which is heavy at times driven by a strong, cold wind. Remaining heavily overcast after the rain clears with a spell of drizzle and light rain in late afternoon.
