LP 1010 hPa Eastern Germany, HP 1038 hPa between Iceland and NW Scotland. An extremely dull day, low overcast with a spell of heavy rain crossing from the NE in the middle of the day.
2nd
LP 1009 hPa Switzerland, HP 1037 hPa S of Iceland. A shot spell of rain in the night. A very cloudy day but generally much less dull than the previous day with small and short lived breaks in the cloudsheet allowing the sun to peek through momentarily.
3rd
HP 1036 hPa Iceland, LP's 1007 hPa Spain and Austria. Another very cool and dull June day with no break in the cloudsheet spilling across from the east.
4th
HP 1030 hPa Faroe Islands, LP 1013 hPa southern Norway. Once again a very cloudy day, but a little less dull for most of it with just the briefest moment of sunshine.
5th
Cloud free sky for much of the morning giving a long but slightly hazy sunny period. Some interruptions to sunshine in the afternoon from patchy high cloudy but more long sunny spells although still hazy.
6th
HP 1025 hPa North Sea. Early cloud clears to give sunny periods although there is patchy high thin cloud from time to time.
7th
HP 1026 hPa Biscay. A bright start with sunshine, becoming cloudy during the morning but with sunny intervals. A mainly cloudy afternoon with a rain shower from the edge of thunderstorms to the west. Feeling more warm and humid than preceding days. In the evening a new thunderstorm passes close to the east near Paddock Wood and Maidstone..

HP 1032 hPa Faroe Islands. Cloudy and rather dull at first with a rain shower in mid-morning. Becoming brighter after 10.00 with some short sunny spells. Thundery showers again pass to the west during the later part of the afternoon and it is overcast and dull again for a time before a fine end to the day.
9th
HP 1024 hPa North Sea. A cloudy but fairly bright morning. The cloud slowly clears from the west by noon giving a long sunny period although more hazy as the afternoon wears on.
10th
Another cloudy start but slowly becoming brighter until the sun breaks through in late morning. Sunny spells in the afternoon although more hazy as time goes on with the cloud thickening once more by late afternoon/early evening.
11th
LP 1010 hPa Northern France. A cloudy but bright morning with a spell of hazy sunshine in early afternoon. A band of extremely heavy rain develops in mid-afternoon giving 11.4 mm rain in one hour accompanied by a flash of lightning and thunder. Further spells of light rain clear slowly eastward through the evening.
12th
LP 998 hPa W of Ireland with a complex cluster of associated fronts pushing east. A dull morning with intermittent light rain and drizzle, Dry for a spell before another band of drizzle in mid-afternoon. Becoming brighter in late afternoon with some sunny intervals.
13th
LP 999 hPa W Ireland and LP 999 hPa Netherlands. Bands of light rain/drizzle in the morning and some heavier showers in the afternoon, with just a couple of short spells of sunshine in between.
14h
LP 994 hPa Central England. A slightly brighter day but still with heavy rain showers pushing across from the SW. Some longer spells of sunshine in the afternoon than on the preceding days.
15th
LP 996 hPa Central England. A rather bright morning with a brief light rain shower in mid-morning as a cluster of heavy showers passes nearby to the NNE to west and east. Some long sunny spells in the afternoon and evening.
16th
LP 1000 hPa Central Southern England. Some brightness early on but becoming another very cloudy day with a heavy rain shower just after midday. A short sunny interval in early afternoon but turning overcast and gloomy in late afternoon. A spell of rain in the evening.
17th
LP 1003 hPa Straits of Dover. Overcast and murky for most of the morning, brightening towards noon with a brief glimps of sunshine. A little brightness again in early afternoon before a sequence of heavy rain showers, one with thunder, cross the area from the north during the rest of the afternoon.

HP 1030 hPa NE of Azores. LP 990 hPa Finland. A short spell of rain in the early hours.Another mainly overcast and murky day with barely any brightness.

LP 985 hPa S of Iceland, W of Outer Hebrides. A fine morning with some long sunny spells despite an abundance of cloud at times. Becoming clouy in mid-afternoon and overcast soon after. Light drizzle and rain arrives from the west in the evening into the night.

LP 981 hPa S of Iceland.. A spell of rain in the early hours. Further and more persistent light rain starts around sunrise and lasts into the middle of the day. After the rain clears, becoming brighter with some sunny intervals and also warmer and humid.

LP 987 and 983 hPa S of Iceland. A bright start with some short sunny spells. Clouding over at times in the afternoon with some sunny intervals but clearing somewhat in late afternoon to give some more short sunny spells.
22nd
LP 1000 hPa S of Iceland and W of Outer Hebrides. A dull and murky morning with some drizzle. A mainly overcast afternoon but brightening later to give a few sunny intervals. Heavy and thundery showers push NEwards across the Channel from late evening.
23rd
LP 1015 hPa NW France. A thunderstorm just after midnight followed by more heavy rain showers which clear away a little after sunrise. Yet another very dull and murky period in the morning, but the cloudsheet breaks in the afternoon to give some sunny intervals. Another thunderstorm pushing up from Brittany gives a spell of torrential rain in late afternoon with thunder and lightning.
24th
LP 1013 W Scotland. Sunny and clear to start but becoming overcast for a spell in mid-morning. Clearing again to give long sunny spells for the reat of the day.
25th
LP 1015 NE England. A bright morning with some sunny spells. A mass of thundery showers move across from the NNW during the afternoon and early evening although most pass by without giving rain.
26th
A cloudy day with some short sunny spells, just a few light spots of rain from a passing shower in the afternoon.
27th
A little light rain in the early hours. Rather cloudy for much of the morning but becoming brighter towards midday. Some sunny spells in the afternoon but clouding over again later .
28th
LP 1007 hPa Celtic Sea. A bright morning and afternoon with some long sunny spells. Clouding over in late-afternoon as fronts move across quickly from the west, bringing a spell of moderate rain.

LP 996 hPa Irish Sea. A bright morning with some sunny intervals, but rather cloudy by noon. Becoming overcast and rather dull with light rain and drizzle from mid-afternoon from a slow moving warm front.

LP 996 hPa SW Norway, LP 993 hPa SE of Iceland. Dull and wet start to the day as an occluded front wriggles across S England. Brightening after late morning to give some sunny intervals but still dull at times.
