LP 973 hPa S of Iceland at 60°N. A damp night with drizzle slowly clearing by mid-morning. Staying overcast and rather dull except for a brief brighter interval in early afternoon. Becoming very dull again by mid-afternoon with another spell of drizzle by evening.

LP 975 hPa Faroe Islands. A bright morning and earl afternoon with some sunny spells. More cloudy in the afternoon and overcast by evening with a little drizzle later.

HP 1031 hPa SW of Ireland. A fine day with sunny spells and intervals but cloudier at times in the afternoon.
4th
LP 1005 hPa W of Ireland, HP 1029 hPa W of Biscay. Rather cloudy with some short sunny spells.

LP 988 hPa Denmark, HP 1028 hPa W of SW Ireland. A cloudy start with a short spell of heavy rain in mid-morning as a cold front passes from the north. Clearing to give some long sunny spells.

A rather sunny day with just small cloud patches from time to time.

A cloudy and grey day with just a glimpse of sunshine in mid-afternoon. A short spell of light rain in late evening.

Cloudy but bright with some short spells of sunshine before becoming overcast in mid-afternoon.

LP 966 hPa Iceland, HP 1022 hPa NE of Azores. An overcast and dull day with a couple of spells of light rain and drizzle in the afternoon. Further rain in late evening as cold front clears.

Overcast and rather dull for much of the morning but brightening towards midday. Some short sunny spells in the afternoon but generally cloudy although bright.

LP 967 hPa "Ex-Hurricane Ophelia" NNE of Azores. Early morning precipitation from condensation. Bright and sunny for a time in the morning before an area of cloud moves across the region. Some sunny intervals before the cloud clears in early afternoon to give a longer sunny spell.

LP 969 hPa "Ex-Hurricane Ophelia" SW Ireland. A bright morning, warm and humid with hazy sunshine tinted and weakened by Saharan dust borne aloft. Increasingly cloudy after midday, becoming overcast and extremely dull in mid-afternoon with the sky turning a mustard colour for nearly an hour before slowly becoming less dull by sunset.

LP 995 hPa Shetland. Overcast morning and mostly very gloomy. A rain shower in early afternoon is followed by a brighter spell with some sunshine in mid-afternoon before becoming rather cloudy again later.

Very dull and overcast day with a spell of rain and drizzle in the later part of the morning.

LP 988 hPa S of Ireland. A short spell of very heavy rain just after midnight. Very misty and murky first thing, remaining overcast and gloomy but a little brighter for a time in early afternoon. A short spell of rain in late afternoon with a longer spell starting in late evening.

LP 995 hPa East Anglia filling and moving NEwards. Rain continues overnight and clearing just after midnight with some further drizzle later. A dull and murky morning but clearing a little later to give some sunshine in mid afternoon.
